sworn) I have in conjunction with Thomas Henderson Esqr. who was appointed by said
Court to transcribe the Registers Books for said County, collated the Book from page 1
to page 361 inclusive with the original Books, And I do hereby certify the same to be a
true Copy agreeably to the best of my knowledge & belief. In Testimony whereof, I have
hereunto prescribed my Name at Rutledge this 17th Day of May A. D. 1808.
